Erika K. is an accomplished Design Director with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Erika has held design leadership roles at URBN, including Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, and Free People. Prior to that, Erika served as Design Director at Cynthia Rowley and had significant contributions as a Senior Designer at Honeylove, Ann Taylor, and Diane von Furstenberg. Erika earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
