Manav Gupta has worked in the software industry since 2005. Manav's first role was as a Software Developer at Creditex, followed by a Software Developer role at Goldman Sachs. In 2006, they moved to Barclays Capital as a Senior Software Developer. In 2009, they joined Credit Suisse as a Senior Software Engineer. After three years, they returned to Goldman Sachs as Vice President. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and Chief of Growth at UrbanPiper, a platform for end-to-end automation of critical workflows in the online food delivery ecosystem.

Manav Gupta attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained an Executive Education Program in Financial Risk Management. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Ingharaham Institute, Ghaziabad for HighSchool. Manav also attended Priyadarshini College Of Engineering & Architecture. Additionally, they obtained a Building Customer Loyalty certification from LinkedIn in October 2016.
