Janet Wairimu has worked as a Software Engineer at UrbanBound from February 2019. Janet then joined Andela in July 2018, where they worked as a Software Engineer until February 2019. Most recently, Janet served as a Frontend Engineer at Wagewell from June 2021 until December 2022.

Janet Wairimu's education history begins in 2016 when they enrolled at the Multimedia University of Kenya. Janet studied Mathematics and Computer Science (Pure option) and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 2022. In 2017, they also attended the Brightstar Institute of Business Studies and obtained a certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Additionally, in 2018, Janet Wairimu participated in a short course on Mobile Web Development at ALC.
