Natasha Elliott, P.Eng., PTOE, is a Principal and Transportation Planning Engineer at Urban Systems Ltd. since July 2016, with prior experience as a Traffic Engineer for the City of North Vancouver from May 2014 to July 2016. In the City of North Vancouver, responsibilities included project management of capital plan items, acting as Transportation Manager, and managing the City's Residential Parking Policy. Previous roles include a Transportation Engineer at Opus International Consultants from October 2008 to April 2014, where involvement spanned feasibility studies to detailed design, and a Summer Intern at COWI, creating As-Built drawings for off-shore wind turbines. Additionally, Natasha served as a Transport Analyst at Opus Hamilton Associates Ltd., focusing on traffic impact assessments and stakeholder engagement. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned in 2008.
