Theresa Lopez is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and grants management. Currently serving as a Grants Accountant Controller at Urban Strategies since August 2022, Lopez previously held accounting roles at BCFS Health & Human Services and the Archdiocese of San Antonio, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of responsibility in financial oversight. Earlier in their career, Lopez gained valuable experience as an accountant at the University of the Incarnate Word® and supported the institution as an Administrative Secretary to the Dean of Student Success. Education includes a Master in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word.
