Melissa Mayer-Benedetti, NCIDQ, currently serves as the Associate and Director of Interior Design at urban practice, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Interior Environments at Core States Group and held multiple positions at Bernardon from 2016 to 2024, culminating in the role of Director of Interior Design. Earlier career experiences include work as an Interior Designer at Kitchen & Associates, Architectural/Interior Designer at Converse Winkler Architecture, and various internships in design and planning. Melissa holds an Executive Certificate in Design Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Philadelphia University.
