The Operations and Development team at Urban Peak ensures the efficient functioning of daily activities while driving strategic growth and funding initiatives. This team manages operations, develops and maintains donor relations, plans and executes fundraising events, and coordinates communications, all with the aim of supporting Urban Peak’s mission to help youth exit homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency.
