Hillary Morgan is an accomplished Community Planner currently employed at Urban Matters CCC, where efforts focus on developing impactful plans and policies for affordable housing and growth management. Previous roles include Project Manager at M'akola Development Services, where leadership of inter-disciplinary teams for affordable housing projects was a key responsibility, and Principal at Dynamic Community Planning, a land use planning firm in Prince George, British Columbia. Hillary also served as a Land & Resource Specialist for the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, engaging with First Nations and stakeholders for conservation planning. Earlier in the career, planning positions included work as a Planner for the City of Prince George and a Planning Co-op Student at Urban Systems Ltd.
