Joy Marshall serves as a Program Manager at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio since January 2017, leading the CCMEP initiative that aids low-income youth aged 14 to 24 in developing career paths and securing employment to escape poverty. Previously, Joy contributed to the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program at the same organization from January 2017 to August 2020. Joy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, completing studies there from 2003 to 2008.
