William Zeh Herbig, AICP, serves as the Senior Director for both the Homeless to Housed Program and the Building Healthy Places Initiative at the Urban Land Institute. Previously, William held the position of Commissioner for Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2B, representing Dupont Circle. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Urban Designer/Planner at Kimley-Horn, Program Director at The Congress for the New Urbanism, and Deputy Director of Communications at the Markle Foundation. William holds a Master of Science in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Policy and Urban Studies from Georgia State University.
