Perminder Ghataore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and business consultancy. As the Managing Director and Founder of Finance House Solutions Ltd since October 2016, Perminder has led a specialist firm supporting individual and SME clients, ensuring comprehensive financial services through established partnerships. In addition, Perminder serves as Vice Chair and Ambassador for the Property & Built Environment Special Interest Group at the Institute of Directors since September 2021 and is a Product Council Member at the Urban Land Institute since May 2023, focusing on value creation across sectors. Previous roles include leadership positions in finance and commercial operations at MEDICAL AND AESTHETIC TRAINING ACADEMY LIMITED and JUVEA MEDICAL LIMITED, as well as significant contributions to companies such as Mentor Graphics, Kronos, and EMC Computer Systems. Perminder holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of South Wales and multiple qualifications from ACCA and AAT.
