Leo Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leo is currently working as the Co-Interim Managing Director and CFO at the Urban Land Institute, where they focus on research and education for the built environment. Prior to this, Leo served as the CFO/COO/CCO at Ocean Endowment Partners, LLC, overseeing finance, operations, and compliance for an investment advisory firm. Leo also worked as Assistant Treasurer at PNM Resources and as the Chief Investment Officer at Radiance Investments LLC. Leo has experience in financial leadership roles, including being the Chief Financial Officer at A3 Integration LLC, where they led financial strategy and operations for a logistics management startup. Leo also worked at Ford Motor Company, Stanford Management Company, and J.P. Morgan in various finance-related positions. Early in their career, Leo was an Analyst at Lehman Brothers, where they advised on municipal finance and structured bond offerings.
Leo Gonzalez attended Phillips Academy from 1985 to 1989 for their high school education. Leo then studied at Georgetown University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from the School of Foreign Service. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Leo pursued their MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
