Joy Woo, FSMPS, CPSM, LEED AP serves as the Senior Director at the Urban Land Institute, where responsibilities include overseeing local public sector initiatives, special district council projects, and national initiatives that support the District Council, with a notable focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In addition to this role, Joy Woo operates as a certified life coach under the brand JoytotheWoo since 2014. Previously, Joy Woo held the position of Associate Vice President at AECOM for two decades, managing strategic projects and marketing across various geographic regions. Early career experiences include roles at Aerojet, Covansys, and Radian Corporation, focusing on proposal management and marketing efforts. Joy Woo earned an MBA from the University of California, Davis, a BS in Biological Sciences with a minor in English from the same institution, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
