Jen Kelly is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in event management, real estate, and fundraising. Currently, Jen serves as a Senior Manager at the Urban Land Institute since January 2023 and holds the position of Licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon with eXp Realty, LLC since 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Events & Fundraising Manager at Candlelighters For Children With Cancer and Event Manager at Fuller Events LLC, along with significant positions at The Allison Inn and Spa and Food in Bloom Catering. Jen holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Oregon Culinary Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University.
