CJ Lynch is currently an Analyst at Springer Capital, LLC, a boutique real estate private equity firm, since July 2024, specializing in opportunistic investments in multifamily properties. Prior to this role, CJ held various positions including President of the Clemson University Real Estate Club and a participant in workshops with Young Real Estate Professionals of New York. CJ gained practical experience through a summer analyst position at Springer Capital in 2023, a student internship at NAI Partners in 2022, and served as a Senior Caddie at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club from 2015 to 2023. CJ is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Real Estate at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
