Curt Adkins currently serves as the Director of Preconstruction and Construction at The UIP Companies, Inc. since November 2023. As Vice President of Construction Management Group at Golf Course Overlook, LLC since July 2020, Curt Adkins has been involved in multi-family development alongside CEC Corp. Previous roles include President and General Manager at Mitchell & Best Next Door, where Curt transformed a start-up into a successful custom home building company, and Vice President of Contracting Services at Comstock Homebuilding, where significant projects in the District of Columbia were managed. Curt Adkins also garnered extensive experience in leadership roles at Craftstar Homes, Michael T. Rose, and NVHomes, achieving notable success in project management, team leadership, and operational efficiencies throughout a career spanning several decades. An alumnus of Ohio University, Curt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
