T'Pring Westbrook is a Non-Resident Fellow with the Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy at the Urban Institute since January 2023. As a Co-Founder of TR Consulting Group since January 2018, T'Pring Westbrook focuses on strategic planning and evaluation coaching for nonprofit and educational entities. Additionally, T'Pring is the Founder, Producer, and Host of the Elephant Stories Podcast, which features interviews on social sciences related to anti-poverty and social inequity. Experience includes serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland University College, a Senior Research Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation from March 2015 to December 2022, and a Social Science Research Analyst for the Administration for Children and Families from 2007 to 2015, overseeing a $10 million research portfolio. T'Pring's career began as a Research Associate at Westat from 2005 to 2007. Academic credentials include a PhD in Human Development from the University of Maryland and a BA in Mass Media from Hampton University.
