Mark Treskon is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in policy analysis and urban planning. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at The Urban Institute since July 2014, Mark previously held the roles of Research Associate and Senior Policy Strategist at the Center for Working Families. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Research Analyst at the National Low Income Housing Coalition and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. Mark holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology from New York University, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from the University of Chicago.
