Kimberlyn Leary serves as the Senior Vice President at Urban Institute, leading a team of research center vice presidents to enhance research operations and develop strategic initiatives while managing a $6M budget. Concurrently, Kimberlyn is the Executive Director (now Senior Advisor) at McLean Hospital, focusing on aligning research and clinical programs with mental health policy.
