Kimberlyn Leary serves as the Senior Vice President at Urban Institute, leading a team of research center vice presidents to enhance research operations and develop strategic initiatives while managing a $6M budget. Concurrently, Kimberlyn is the Executive Director (now Senior Advisor) at McLean Hospital, focusing on aligning research and clinical programs with mental health policy. At Harvard University, Kimberlyn holds the position of Associate Professor in both the Medical School and the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, while also having served as a Lecturer in Public Policy. Previous roles include Senior Policy Advisor at the White House Domestic Policy Council, Advisor at the Office of Management and Budget, and Chief Psychologist at Cambridge Health Alliance.
