Bowen Garrett is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in both research and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at The Urban Institute since August 2013, Bowen previously held the position of Chief Economist at McKinsey & Company from November 2010 to June 2013, focusing on the Center for U.S. Health System Reform. Bowen's career at The Urban Institute began in July 1998 as a Senior Research Associate, where contributions were made until November 2010.
