Jennifer M. has extensive work experience in human resources. Jennifer has held various positions in different companies, starting with their role as a Human Resources Specialist at DBM in 1996. Jennifer then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Cantor Fitzgerald from 1997 to 1999. Jennifer later became a Senior Benefits Administrator at ING Barings, where they were responsible for health and welfare plans, enrollments, and claim resolution. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Manager of Benefits Administration at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where they managed a team and ensured the operational administration of health and welfare plans. In 2013, Jennifer worked as a Contractor in Human Resources at D+M Group, managing health and welfare plans for a population of 200 employees. Jennifer also served as a Human Resources Manager at Gotham Technology Group, responsible for recruiting and counseling managers on candidate selection. Currently, Jennifer is the Vice President of Human Resources at Urban Edge Properties, where they focus on strategic human resource management and oversees various HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.

Jennifer M. attended Lafayette College from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
