Jessa Challa is an accomplished communications strategist currently working at Urban Core Collective since May 2024 and serves as the director of social impact at Casual Simulation since April 2022. With a diverse background that includes roles such as software developer at Magic-Wrighter, Inc. and director of software and IT strategies at Nexus Technology Services, Jessa has significant experience in both technology and nonprofit sectors. Previous positions include co-CEO and software developer at Mallowfields, GIS technician at Grand Valley Metro Council, and various internships focused on GIS and nonprofit administration. Jessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Aquinas College and a certificate in front-end development from Grand Circus.
