Nisheeta is an accomplished Category Manager II at Urban Company, overseeing the SPA category for the West Cluster since May 2021, and previously managing the SPA/MFM category in Tier-2 markets. Prior experience includes a role as a Category Manager I within the Central Supply Team at WhiteHat Jr and as a Sales Manager at magicpin, where responsibilities involved lead generation and sales process management. Nisheeta also served as an Operations Manager at OYO, managing banquet operations and P&L for the Jaipur portfolio. Nisheeta holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Event Management and PR from the National Academy of Event Management & Development.
