David Wood is the Group Finance Director at Urban & Civic. David has over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Urban & Civic, David was the Group Financial Controller at Chelsfield plc and Multiplex Developments UK. David started their career at Touche Ross as an auditor. David is a certified public accountant and has a degree in accounting from the University of London.

David Wood completed a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with Accounting from Loughborough University.

Their manager is Nigel Hugill, Chief Executive. They work with Philip Leech - Property Director – Commercial, Rebecca Britton - Communities, Communications and Partnerships Manager, and James Scott - Director of Planning and Communications.
