Marina Lumelskaya has extensive experience in human resources and employee development, having held key managerial positions since 2001. Currently serving as the Manager of HR and Administration Services at Uranium One since December 2006, Marina oversees comprehensive HR functions, including compensation and benefits, performance management, staffing, and training in Kazakhstan. Prior to this role, Marina managed Corporate Training and Employee Development at PetroKazakhstan Overseas Services Inc., where responsibilities included developing training strategies and succession planning. Earlier experience includes leading the Training and Employee Development Department at PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC. Marina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire, an International Human Resources Certificate from Thunderbird, and a PhD in Techniques, Hydraulic, and Fundamentals of Hydrology from the Moscow Institute of Irrigation and Land Reclamation.
