Hernán Redín has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Hernán began their career at Fundacion Colloquium as an Analista. In 1997, they became Gerente at Cerveceria Quilmes. From 1992 to 2006, they worked as Vice President Information and Business Services at Cerveceria y Malteria Quilmes SAICAyG (an InBev Company). Since 2010, they have been the CFO - Founder of uQR.me.

Hernán Redín received their Contador degree in Económicas from the University of Buenos Aires between 1985 and 2001. In 1994 and 1995, they completed an MBA in Business Administration from IDEA. In 2000, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business to complete a Developing Managerial Excellence program in Business Administration. Hernán has also attended Vistage, though no degree was earned.
