Rachel Durfee currently serves as Vice President of Communications at Upwork, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held various senior director positions in communications at Stitch Fix from April 2018 to July 2022, where strategic communications were a focus during significant growth and transformation. Rachel directed communications and public relations at Ticketfly from November 2014 to November 2017, overseeing the Brand & Communications team and guiding the company through acquisition changes. Rachel's experience at Google, spanning from April 2011 to October 2014, included managing internal communications and bolstering the company's media presence, particularly during the Mexican presidential elections.
