José María Corsino Escobar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. José María started their career as an Analyst Programmer and Technical Manager at Geosistemas Medioambientales. José María then moved on to become the Software Development Director at Kynetia Software Development S.L., where they managed the software development department and implemented QA processes.

In 2010, José María founded Delonia Software, where they served as a Partner, Founder, and Director. José María provided specialized IT consultancy and manufactured management and engineering software products for clients in Europe, the US, and South Asia. Delonia Software also offered specialized services and solutions for industries such as insurance, telecommunications, eHealth, and engineering.

In 2013, José María co-founded Delonia Software Ltd. and took on the role of Partner, Founder, and CEO. The company focused on providing software services and solutions for the insurance, banking, telecom, and health industries, with a particular focus on the UK market. They also offered assistance and services to start-ups.

José María also held advisory and investor roles in various companies. José María served as a CIO, Investor, and Technology Advisor at Acqua Telecom, where they were responsible for IT infrastructure and integration. José María also acted as an Investor and Technology Advisor at Scube (Live Life Deep), a specialized network for divers and diving industry players.

In 2018, José María joined UPTOME as a CTO and Partner. UPTOME is a platform aimed at maximizing workforce visibility, talent retention, conflict detection, and providing improvement tools for employees and companies.

Throughout their career, José María Corsino Escobar has gained extensive experience providing high-quality services to multinational corporations in Europe, America, Africa, and Asia.

José María Corsino Escobar completed their education in three different institutions. In 1997, they attended the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and pursued a degree in Computer Science Engineering, which they completed in 2001. In 2006, they enrolled in the Communication & Management Skills Program at IE Business School. José María'seducational journey continued in 2012 when they participated in a program called ASEGURADORAS Y CORREDURÍAS EN INTERNET at INESE.
