Mica Bumpus currently serves as the Senior Director of Practice Transformation at Upstream USA, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Planned Parenthood Great Plains as Senior Director of Philanthropy and at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) as Director of Reproductive Health Programs among other titles. Prior to ACOG, Mica Bumpus worked as Lead Specialist for Implementation Research and Policy at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and as a Senior Health Analyst at The Advisory Board Company. Early career experiences include a fellowship at Coro Southern California and various roles at Teach For America, including Project Manager and High School Teacher. Mica Bumpus holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University and has education from Duke University and Texas A&M University.
