Melissa Lyles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in practice transformation and client services. Currently serving as Practice Transformation Lead at Upstream USA since October 2022, Melissa previously held the same role and worked as an Implementation Coach at the same organization from February 2020 to February 2022. Earlier career experience includes positions at athenahealth, where Melissa excelled as Training and Enablement Manager and Senior Client Services Training Associate from November 2012 to June 2019. Melissa also managed operations at The Pita Pit and completed an internship as Project Specialist at Oconee Medical Center. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Clemson University, with additional studies at the University of Deusto and Universitat d'Alacant.
