Darren Crombie is an accomplished founder with a strong focus on health and sustainability. Currently leading Eco Heroes since January 2024, Darren aims to reduce environmental impact for SMEs. As the founder of Bridgit Care and Upstream Health, established in January 2020 and January 2018 respectively, Darren is dedicated to enhancing support for family carers and providing innovative solutions for health and social care teams. Previously, Darren served as Service Director and Delivery Executive at DXC Technology, managing the Trafford Coordination Centre and leading the implementation of a Population Health Management solution. Darren's earlier career includes roles as Programme Manager and Project Manager at CSC, where responsibility encompassed delivering multi-million-pound programs and managing complex healthcare projects, and as a Management Consultant at Accenture, quickly ascending from Analyst to Manager. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Leeds.
