Manish Tiwary is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in technology and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR at Upstox, Tiwary has held significant roles at Swiggy, including Director and General Manager of HRBP for Technology, as well as Senior Manager of Tech HRBP. Prior experience includes working as a Rewards Consultant at Aon and HR Manager for Org Rewards and Business Partnering at OYO. Tiwary began their career as a Consultant for the Government of Jharkhand. Tiwary completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
