Sari Gluckin has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 1990, they started their career at Kraft Foods Group as an Innovation Manager, where they contributed for almost a decade. In 1999, they founded Wishful Thinking LLC, a company specializing in designing and creating engaging workshops for teams. Sari'sfocus was on helping teams understand their users, find inspiration, and determine their next steps. In 2014, Sari joined the Illinois Institute of Technology as an Adjunct Professor, where they worked on projects related to STEM Education Innovation and Place Activation in Bronzeville. More recently, in 2016, they worked as a Design Associate at UpStart Lab. Since 2018, Sari has also been an Adjunct Professor at the IIT Institute of Design.
Sari Gluckin has a diverse education history. Sari received a Master of Design Methods degree in Design Strategy from the IIT Institute of Design from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School, graduating between 1978 and 1980. Sari Gluckin also earned an MA in Art History from New York University, completing their studies from 1971 to 1975. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, although the specific years of their undergraduate education are not available.
In addition to their formal education, Sari Gluckin has obtained several certification credentials. Sari became a Core Faculty member at the Creative Education Foundation in October 2020. In May 2017, they obtained certification as a Stormz Facilitator from Stormz Collaboration Solution. Moreover, in January 2005, Sari Gluckin became an Integral Coach through New Ventures West.
