Steph Skardal is a seasoned Principal Software Engineer at Upstart, leading the development of an iOS mobile app solution using React Native and TypeScript, and spearheading CI/CD test reporting tools. Previous roles include significant contributions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer in optimizing onboarding workflows and developing microservices. With extensive experience in full-stack web engineering across various technologies like Ruby on Rails, PHP, and Vue, Steph has also played pivotal roles at End Point Corporation, Pinhole Press, and other organizations since 2007. Additionally, advanced academic work in biomedical imaging was conducted at the University of Iowa and the University of Utah, culminating in a BS/MS in Biomedical Engineering.
