Grace Etter possesses significant experience in technical recruiting, currently serving as a Staff Technical Recruiter at Upstart since March 2019. Previously, Grace held multiple roles at CoverMyMeds, including Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator from February 2015 to March 2019. Prior to that, Grace worked as an Event Specialist at Party Panache and as a Membership Specialist at Edwards Communities Management Company. Grace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism & Business Administration from Ohio University, attended the College of Charleston, and demonstrated a track record of excellence in recruitment, client management, and innovative event planning.
