Customer Service Strategy And Insights at UPS

Debra Marie Wilson has extensive experience in marketing and customer service, having held various leadership roles at UPS since 2006, including Customer Service Strategy and Insights, UPS Ignite Program Director, Director of Marketing Diverse Segments, and Director UPS Retail Channel Marketing. Prior to joining UPS, Debra served as a Project Manager at The Marketing Workshop from 1998 to 2006. Debra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Ithaca College.
