Laura Corral currently serves as the Talent Cultivation & Operations Lead and Uproot Talent Network Manager at Uproot Talent, where responsibilities include managing the launch and engagement of a network for leaders of the global majority in social impact and developing marketing strategies to connect employers and talent in various sectors. Prior to this role, Laura acted as Chief Caregiver Officer for a family member with a terminal illness, coordinating medical needs and end-of-life activities. Experience also includes working as a Recruitment Assistant at the U.S. Census Bureau, where outreach and community events significantly engaged multilingual residents, and as a Health Benefits Consultant at Aflac Group Insurance, managing a team and earning recognition as a top regional manager. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
