Vitalii Kiselev is an experienced professional in planning and procurement with a comprehensive background in retail and commercial operations. Currently serving as the Planning and Procurement Manager at Upper Echelon Products since September 2021, Vitalii previously held roles at Decathlon Russia as a Retail Supplier, where responsibilities included sales analysis, procurement planning, and supplier coordination from December 2016 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes work as a Specialist in the commercial department at TYME Russia from August 2012 to March 2016, focusing on marketing materials and market research, as well as a similar role at Qiwi from November 2011 to June 2012.
