Coleen Sanders, LCSW, is a skilled and experienced social worker with a robust background in school and clinical settings. Currently serving as a School Social Worker for Upper Darby School District since August 2022, Coleen has previously held roles such as STEP Clinical Coordinator and STEP School Behavior Consultant with The School District of Philadelphia, where responsibilities included conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and supporting teachers with behavioral strategies. With a strong foundation in providing individual and group therapy across various age groups, Coleen has also worked as an Outpatient Therapist at Omni Health Services, a Clinical Therapist at Wordsworth Academy, and has contributed to youth development through positions focused on vocational outcomes and resource counseling. Coleen holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University.
