Ty Walker is a GIS Specialist and Part 107 Certified Drone Operator currently working with the Upper Cumberland Development District, where they provide GIS services and drone photography to promote local tourism. Previously, Ty held positions as a Cartographer with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and as a Geographic Information System Specialist for the White County Assessor of Property and the City of Lebanon, TN. Ty earned a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Tennessee Technological University and is currently pursuing a Professional Science Masters in Environmental Informatics at the same institution.
