Stephen J. Noll, MBA, has held multiple leadership roles at TMA Bucks since January 2002, including Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, focusing on securing significant program funding and enhancing public transportation access in Bucks County. Noll has successfully established key relationships with various governmental agencies, initiated a new Community Traffic Safety Program, and led the conversion of the service vehicle fleet to Compressed Natural Gas. Additionally, Noll serves on the board of the Bensalem Economic Development Corp. and the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce, and has previous experience as a council member for Dublin Borough and as a Project Coordinator at GVF. Noll's educational background includes an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University.
