Paul Serafini, MS, CSP, is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional currently serving as the EHS Manager at Georg Fischer since September 2018, overseeing health and safety operations across multiple North American facilities. Paul has also worked as an EHS Engineer, leading teams to address complex safety issues. As the owner of Sotera Consulting, LLC, Paul provides expert OSHA and workplace health and safety consulting services. Previous roles include Occupational Health and Safety Specialist at the University of Minnesota, where Paul developed training programs for various departments, and Manager of Health and Safety Services at Integrated Loss Control, Inc. Paul holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
