Andrea Clark-Smith has an extensive legal background, with experience in labor and employment law, immigration, and HR compliance. Andrea currently holds the position of Associate Chief Legal Officer and SVP at UPMC, overseeing legal teams supporting various employment and labor-related functions. Prior to UPMC, Andrea worked at American Airlines and Rockwell International, providing legal advice on employee issues and handling various legal matters. Andrea's education includes a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA from Spelman College in English and management & organization.
