Massimo Reynaudo is the President and CEO of UPM Kymmene Oyj as of January 2024, previously serving as Executive Vice President at UPM Communication Papers from October 2021 to January 2024. Reynaudo held the position of Senior Vice President for the EMEIA region at UPM Raflatac from April 2017 to September 2021 and was General Manager for the DACH region at Kimberly-Clark Professional from June 2015 to March 2017. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Director Southern Europe at Kimberly-Clark and various functions at Scott Paper and Michelin. Massimo Reynaudo holds an Engineer's degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Management and Business Administration from Politecnico di Torino and is currently pursuing further education at INSEAD and CIM.
