Hannu Havanka is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as VP of Real Estate at UPM - The Biofore Company since December 2020 and as the Owner of HTH Real Estate Oy since March 2020, Havanka previously held positions such as SVP of Real Estate at Metsä Group and Head of Real Estate at A. Ahlström Osakeyhtiö. With a background that includes Vice President roles at NCC Property Development Oy and Project Engineer positions early in the career, Havanka has cultivated a strong foundation in construction economics, holding a Master's degree from Tampere University of Technology.
