Craig Mitchell possesses extensive experience in service delivery and IT management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at UPM since January 1989, Craig leads a team located in the UK, France, and the USA. Prior to this role, Craig held various management positions, including IT Manager and Field Services Manager at GlaxoSmithKline from August 1987 to December 1988. Craig's educational background includes studies at Auchinleck Academy and The Open University.
