Jeralene Phillips has been working at UPM Raflatac - The Biofore Company since August 2005, initially as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Senior Customer Service. Prior to that, Jeralene worked at Sonopress LLC as a Customer Service Representative for over a decade. Jeralene graduated from Madison High School.
