Ealga ni Aodha, M.S., PHR, currently serves as VP of Talent at Uplight since January 2022, following a tenure at Twilio as Sr. Director of Talent Management & Strategy from April 2019 to January 2022. Previous experience includes roles at SendGrid, where Ealga held positions such as Principal Program Manager for Organizational Effectiveness and Chief of Staff from March 2014 to March 2019. Ealga's earlier career includes work as an Administrator at the Irish Fisheries Organization and as an English Teacher at EM Academy, alongside positions in autism care and applied behavioral analysis tutoring. Ealga earned a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick and a BA in Applied Psychology and Sociology from University College Cork.
