Elizabeth Oviatt is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Primary School Director and PYP Dean at Uplift Education since July 2010. In these roles, Elizabeth manages daily administrative tasks, staff development, scholar discipline, and parent communication, while also coaching and developing grade teachers through goal setting and feedback sessions. Prior to these positions, Elizabeth worked as a 4th Grade Teacher, where responsibilities included teaching core subjects, creating lesson plans, and supporting struggling scholars. Additionally, Elizabeth served as an Adjunct Professor at Relay Graduate School of Education from July 2017 to June 2018. Elizabeth holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
