Evgeny Milshtein is a seasoned software manager with extensive experience across various leadership roles in software development. Currently serving as Software Manager at Upland Software since January 2022, Evgeny previously held positions including Director of Development at BA Insight and Delivery Manager at UBS. With a strong background as Lead Software Engineer at State Street, Evgeny designed a multicurrency general ledger portfolio accounting system, and contributed to the development of the Cicero Integration Framework at Cicero Inc. Evgeny started the career as a Software Engineer at Dalet, focusing on digital media management solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
